Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use apply to the Face Gallery application ("Application") for Android, created by Mahajan Works ("Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Application.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Application.

License to Use

Mahajan Works grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on Android devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise exploit the Application for any commercial purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Application — including its source code, design, graphics, trademarks, and all other content — is the exclusive property of Mahajan Works and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, or create derivative works based on the Application or any part of it.

Premium Features & Billing

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are subject to Google Play's billing policies. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store app.

The Service Provider reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue premium features and pricing at any time. Changes to pricing will be clearly communicated before taking effect.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and restricting access to the Application.
• Rooting or jailbreaking your device may compromise security features and cause the Application to malfunction. The Service Provider assumes no liability for issues arising from a modified device.
• You are responsible for any mobile data charges, including roaming charges, incurred while using the Application outside a Wi-Fi network.
• If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm that you have the bill payer's permission to use the Application.
• You are responsible for keeping your device adequately charged. The Service Provider accepts no liability if you cannot access the Application due to a depleted battery.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms and conditions. By using the Application, you agree to the applicable terms of these providers:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• RevenueCat

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

While the Service Provider strives to keep information accurate, they rely on third-party services for certain data and accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on such information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mahajan Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Application, even if the Service Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Updates & Termination

The Service Provider may update the Application at any time. Updates may change available features. You agree to accept updates when offered. Compatibility with all OS versions is not guaranteed indefinitely.

The Service Provider may cease providing the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination: (a) all rights and licenses granted to you end immediately; (b) you must cease using and delete the Application from your device.

Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms of Use periodically. Updates will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are effective as of January 1, 2026.
